I don't write reviews but this place is by far the worst service i have ever experienced. I turned in my wife's Nov. 15th to be cleaned, pressed, and boxed. They told me it would be done in 3 weeks and they would call. 3 weeks roll around and no call so I called them and they said they are waiting on boxes and they should there in 2 days. It is now Dec. 30th I stopped by to see status and possibly pick up. The man that was there told me it was only cleaned and they still have to press and box and that would take another week to a week and a half. So I said I am just goin to pick up the dress. He then told me I had to pay cleaning charges. I asked why since they broke their agreement of 3 weeks. He then said he had 17 dresses to do and each dress has to be done by themself. I then said that your company told me everything would be done in 3 weeks and that you would call, it is now 5 weeks and it is still not done, so why am I being charged for your mistake. He then repeated what he said and also said see those boxes those are dresses people haven't picked up in 3 years. I told him I don't understand how that has anything to do with this situation and asked again why are you charging me. He repeated again and I said can I just get the dress and go. He said yes after you pay for the cleaning, so I paid and told him this the most absolute poorest service I have ever recieved for something I am PAYING for and I would NEVER come back or recommend this place to anyone. On the way home with the dress I stopped at another cleaner and explained my situation and they even said that was outrageous and they told me that they would gladly finish the dress for less than the other company was going to charge and it would be DONE by that afternoon. THOSE OTHER PEOPLE PROBABLY HAD SAME SITUATION AS ME AND GAVE UP AND LEFT DRESS THERE, that is probably why they have dresses still sitting there from 3 years ago. ABSOLUTELY NEVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE TO FINISH THEIR JOB. HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND SHOULD BE CLOSED!!!!!!!
