Jiffy Lube at 1807 North Richmond Road, McHenry, Illinois.

We were there for an hour and were the only customers during the whole time. 3 different people were working on the oil change, and they find out they don't have the filter. We were told 15 minute wait max. Yeah that turned to 40 minutes. When finally one of the workers went to get a filter from the store. When we get home we notice our car was leaking oil! Call the store, take the car back and the only thing said was, "the cap came loose you probably hit a pothole."
Worse oil change I've done in my life, not even an in sorry was said for the long wait.
